Payment for our services can be made online only using most major credit and debit cards. Reservations cannot be paid for in cash or by cheque. Once you have completed all your reservations you will be taken to the payment page to pay for your journeys. Enter the necessary details and make your payment.
You will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided in the booking form shortly after your booking has been successfully processed. The confirmation is being generated and sent automaticaly. This confirmation will include a booking reference, dates, times, direction and number of passengers as well as link to the payment site here you will be able to pay for your ticket (if you have not done it for some reason). Once you made your payment you will receive a confirmation of this to your email address. If you do not receive an email within one hour from the time of transaction and if it is not in your spam or junk mail folder, please contact us as soon as possible using the Contact Us form (please provide us with your booking/ ticket reference number) available from our website.
All the bookings are fully amendable but cannot be cancelled. Passengers are therefore not required to notify us if they are unable to travel on their booked dates. Passengers who do not use their outbound travel may still use their return travel. Travel dates/times/routes and passenger details can be amended up to 72 hours before the departure day and time via the Contact Us form available from our website. Please note that no changes can be arranged once a passenger was giving us shorter than 72 hours notice.
Our pick up point in Birmingham is located on Smallbrook Queensway (Stop LB) next to Debbenham's and opposite to TK MAXX Store. Nearest Train Stations are Birmingham New Street Station and Birmingham Moore Street Station. Also our Pick-up/ Drop-off points are just few minutes away from Digbeth Coach Station.
Yes, our Drivers can provide with assistance when travelling on our buses, including travelling in a wheelchair and travelling with baby/ child. Please inform us about your requirements using the Contact Us form available from our website. To book assistance with travel please contact us at least 72 hours before your travel using Contact Us form available on our website.
Children under 3 years of age may travel free of charge (one child per one full fare paying adult). You will need to purchase child tickets if your children are 3 years old or over. Children in their age between 3 and under 16 years old will travel for 50% of the full fare. Please note that all children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
I have left something in the bus, how can I get it back?
If you left something on one of our buses, please contact us using our contact us form (tutaj prosze wstawic link do formy) as soon as possible stating your confirmation number, date/time of travel along with a detailed description of the item(s) and a phone number to contact you on. We will try to find your property. Please note that you will be liable to cover the cost of returning the item(s) to you. We will only contact you if we find the item(s).
